It sounds like a decent deal. There isn't much to look for except check the serial number that will give you somewhat of an idea on how old it is. You don't have to worry about the board being fried, SP will just send you a new one anyway.

i would NOT buy it, i personally dont think the turbo is worth it because you can use it at fields or in tournies anyway. and for $600 you could build a better imp with brand new stuff.
I don't know if you are aware of it or not, but the turbo was disconuned around the first of the year.
This makes the gun you are looking at a much older gun. It will not have a number of the latest improvments and will not be able to accept the Vision system. With this in mind, i think that is a premiumn price.
The Impulse is the best value in paintball. You realy should investagate what you can get a new package for --with the stuff you want, rather then somone else's "dream package" i feel its worth mentioning that you could get a BRAND NEW Impulse with Vision, or a non-vision Impulse (maybe a vert reg impulse) with a lot of very good upgrades for the same kind of money.
In my experince, a "semi only" impulse with a trigger job will out shoot a turbo Impulse (rate of fire).
