Plexus works great. Its not very expensive, and plus its safe for use on your lens. I always have some on hand when playing. It works good for cleaning your whole mask too when you have spray all over it.

I first used Plexus on my Shoei RF 800 motorcycle helmet, and let me tell you, it's the sh*t. This stuff is great. I know you don't touch your lenses after you are done polishing them, but IF you did you would find them totally silky smooth. Plexus will make ANY plastic better. Less fog, totally clean, lemon fresh, it CLEANS THE DIRT out of scratches (doesn't fill them with anything but Plexus oil), but this makes scratches seem to dissappear for a while. Trust me, I use it on my Shoei and V Forces all the time. Plexus is worth it if you don't own goggles, use it to clean any plastic. Just don't use it to take scratches out of anti-glare coating on a computer monitor, trust me on that one =(.
