I'm getting a TES soon.
I really want a delrin bolt to replace the metal stock one (not a big fan of metal on metal friction)
I could get a delrin Jam Bolt but I really don't need the anti-chop design it has.
What are my options without having to mod some crap to make a bolt fit?

Timmy bolts will work. I am still looking for the right one. Make sure it has the cutout for the detent.

also check the length, picked up a shocktech super fly and it it like 1/10 of a inch too short, just short enough to not make the eye.

I liek open face a little better, Jsut because i operate my Tes at about 500-600 psi and hit FPS of 380. with a venturi, it's be a mess. eye or no eye paintballs can't take a bunch of needels stabbed into it all over the place. the open allows the air to kinda cup it and give it really good accuracy over short to medium distence. And since i love getting into the mix of things up front that's fine for me.

huh the venturi doesnt hit the paint..

ok your right i didnt even notice that,,but the ball (detent) actually will recess into the gun as the bolt passes,,it kinda bugged me so i tooka round file and fixed it works great wonder if it would have affected the performance without filing it??

How much filing did it take? and can you post a pic of the finished bolt?
I want to get a new bolt for mine, but I cant find one that matches, other than the Jam bolt, and I'm kinda iffy on that.

Ok, well if you look at then venturi design a small child would understand that i didn't mean the accual VENTURI hit it. especially considering the venturi doesn't even look like a needel. What i meant was at a high FPS such as the one i use the air devided up among 7 small holes turns the AIR into a needle type object. (Somewhat like how a pressure washer works).
Why do i use 380 fps? because when i play the back i want my paint to be deadly accurate and when i bunker some camping newb or one of my own teamates who's just hideing they know it was me. And i would expect the same treatment from anyone eles. It's not that i'm mean but i play hard.

oh then why doesnt everyone play at 380pfs...
except thats illegal in tournies and at every field and you could break a finger or give some one a concussion or break a finger/wrist even
you could/should/are be banned from you field if your shooting that high fps
and second how would the venturi make the air into needle?!?! whats your reasoning on
it really does nothing but bring your velocity down
and supposidly break up the air so it hits the paint more evenly therefore more accurate(not really)

Dude, your fricking insane. It is very basic, common knowledge to all paintballers you absolutely do not shoot over 300 fps. And you shoot almost 100 fps over! Not only is it against ASTM standards and the rules of every paintball field in existence, but that kind of speed can easily give someone a concussion. I am suprised you have not been banned your regular field already.
I recommend you look at some of the points on the following page, which the dangers of shooting hot, before you kill someone.

the guy is basically telling everyone how cool he is jeopardizing everyone he comes in contact with,,the only course of action with a guy like that is equal or greater force,,,,sorry thats the way i think

I should have made it more clear that, when i do play at a local field or a Tourny. I use their Fps requirement. Most places around here differ from 275-300 (but rarely 300)
I use my high fps of 340 (I re chrono'd my gun last night. I had the wrong rate down the first time. my mistake.)
on a privet field where the people their KNOW the rules and everyone is set to use the same FPS 335-340.
the reasoning behind this is the number one thing in a 6 hour tourny that SUCKS the most. is just the discomfort of getting hit so many times all day long. I personally train as with the people i play with to take the pain u get from that fps (witch is alot) so when you have a bad start at a tourny you aren't dead by the end of the day. Oh and yes we DO bunker people on our own teams that hide/don't contribute. you can pretty much agree with me that nothing sucks more then haveing 5 people behind one prop not doing anything.
After people play with us they are 100 times better and are definitly not affriad to get hit.
I never ment for it too seem like i show up to a field and light people up with 340 fps who are just out for the day. My point was. when you use the high fps to train it's not good to have a venturi.
OH! and i've been hit in the fingure head and pretty much every other place. 340 won't break fingures or leave a concussion. Unless i'm some kind of super hero with x-ray vision and turning my piss into gasoline.
witch i'm not.

ok i still kinda think its stupid nut whatever
man when you said 380 i was like  thats gonna hurt so bad like leave permanent bruzis and 380 really could break fingers or give concussions but not 340 but it could
