I heard this from someone, let me know what you guys think: "By putting in a soft, yet very long trigger spring, you can make a "trigger stop". When the spring is compressed all the way, it's so long that it becomes "solid" and doesn't allow the trigger plate to go back any more." I know it's stupid the way it's explained, but you guys know what I'm talking about, right? Thoughts? Feelings? Questions? Answers?

Uhm pointless, If you want a trigger stop but don't want to buy a frame that has one. Then the best way to do is place a small piece of wooden dowel, or something inside of the trigger return spring. You can also put it in the sear spring.
Both methods would work. I prefer the dowl stop over a spongy spring. I dont know about the sear spring one though. Seems that would cuz binding.

Hey macdruen, I have 2 questions:
1. Where can I get the Palmer trigger shoe? and
2. How did you make your own (and how can I)?
Thanks.

To get the palmers one you'd have to go to thier website. It may not even be out yet i saw it in the newest mag i got in the mail. As to making your own all it is is they drilled and tapped a hole in the side of the shoe and put an allen screw in it. The palmers one has a rubber tip on the screw. I couldn't find any screw like that so I dipped the tip of the screw in plasti coat like on plier handles. (it is improtant to do thsi after the screw is sized and inserted into the trigger shoe) Sizing the screw is a bit time comsuming if you make it yourself but it is well worthit. I have kapp trigger parts and 3 way and a pull of just under 2 mm
