Ok... I ordered a JT 2 piece barrel... but it was out of stock:pissed:, so xpaintball.com called me and asked if I wanted a Boomstick... I said yes. I have read mixed reviews about the Boomstick. Some say it isn't NEAR as good as people say it is, and others say that it is the best barrel in the world. What I want to know is did i make a good choice in getting the Boomstick?... if this helps, I have a Spyder Fenix and I shoot Super Swirl and Blue Streak (which are small bore and i know that the boomy is too)... and don't tell me that those paintballs suck because I have had people tell me that before... and everyone that I play with uses them both and they say blue streak is the best they have ever used... I guess that the weather has somethin to do with it :D... I live in Alabama, and i guess blue streak shoots good in warmer weather :D. Anyway... i just want someone to tell me if i made a good purchase. thanks:)

a Boomstick will work just fine. it's said to be one of the best barrels made. although its sibling the ultralite is equal in performance as well as lighter and about 15 bucks cheaper.

It will peform the same as the JT 2 piece but if you want to buy extra backs they will cost more $ than the JT backs.
