need help with new autococker

I just got this cocker from e-bay and when i tried to fire it with c02 It accepted the ball shot out a little co2 in the chamber the back bolt went back as it should but didnt fire the ball at all but when i just pull the back bolt manually and load a ball in it fires fine. Any ideas of what i should do?
(sorry i dont know anything about autocockers so just bare with me)

sounds like your bolt isn't moving far enough to let a ball load......or your timing is off.....you need to time the marker.....
