i have a remote with quick disconect and a slide check. when the slide check is in the off position it leaks alot of gas out. I think it may just be the seal between the slide check and the qiuck disconect . any other idies what it could be?

If leaks from the slide check, it's probably the first o-ring in the slide check that's leaking. You'll have to remove the female part of the quick disconnect, then pop the clip that prevents it from sliding too far and slide the slide check out. Then change the o-ring that's inside. It's probably the same size as the one for air tanks.
You should look at the o-ring you're replacing. Mine had a 'c' shaped cut due to the small inlet hole for the slide check. It was actually sharp enough to cut into the o-ring. I used some sandpaper and sanded the two holes so that they were a little smoother. I haven't had any problems since.
