You guys need one of these so I can get info.

On spyder's and other blowback's many people don't like vert feed, because it increases blowback, and sometimes causes more chopping.

This wouldn't be the case on a vert feed mini would it?

THanks

You mean FAQ?

Blowback and chopping are problems with lots of guns. Heck, Shocker that are not timed right can have blowback. For the mag, they have a new longnosed bolt that helps w/ blowback.

Not like Cockers that go out of time.

Like my story:
I bought mine new, and it came timed from SP. It had the stock single trigger on it, and it ovreall it worked good. Then I put on a 2 finger trigger. I could really rattle on it then, and I noticed it skipped shots. So I turend up the Semi pot, to make it shoot faster but I also had to adjust how much air it used for each shot and how long the bolt stayed forward.

They don't slip out of time like Cockers, only when you mess with them. Read my "Note to self" thread in the Shocker area for more info.

That's why I REALLY like Mags. High-tech yet simple and reliable. The perfect backup marker.

ok cool, didnt know that. :)

i have shot shockers before, and they shot very similar to autocockers, same sound and trigger feel and everything, (probly cuz of closed bolt), but i definately didnt know they had that weird timing stuff you were talking about...is that kinda like messing with the DIP switches? you mentioned the time of bolt staying forward or whatever...

yeah i love mags too :D

A stickey mag FAQ would be nice. I'm sure we could all add. Halliday would you consider starting one?

Sure. I really don't feel like typing ALOT right now, so I'll need the more informed members to contribute, and I will edit things that are wrong!
