How do I turn up the fornt regulator?

I am almost done fixing my gun, but I just need to know how to turn up the front regulator.

If its the Stock Reg, I beleive you have to dis-assemble the entire Reg and adjust it inside.

Most Pnuematic Regs are adjustable by an Allen Wrench.

you will need to take take apart your reg like keikan said, and there is a screw in there much like the screw in your inline reg. You can adjust it from there.

its actually not that hard. Just take some needle nose pliars and pull off the hose clamp, then pull off the hose. Then start to unscrew it, you do not need a wrench because the part your unscrewing will unscrew from the brass part that you use a wrench on. It hsould come off fairly easily, just the blakc part that is, the brass part should still be screwed into the front block. Anyways, you should see a nice spot for an flat head screwdriver when you look in it.

which way turns it up or down?

turning the screw cockwise will decrease pressure (lower psi), while counter clockwise will do the opposite.
