OMG i cant get my 3way shaft out

my 3way shaft wont come out, i unscrewed the screw closest to the 3way to unscrew the timing rod to the shaft and i flick the trigger so it pushes it out but its not getting pushed out

The stock 3way shaft will only come out the front. Just make sure the shaft is completely out of the collar (chances are is there is some locktite). Then push it out the front, if it doesn't push out the front, probably means the shaft is bent. So just unscrew the whole 3way and buy a new one.

how would i push it out the front since the collar is in the way?

ok....well the "collar" is not screwed on to the 3 way shaft.....the shaft is just slipped in there....and there is a little indent that the set screw sits in to hold it.....so you took the set screw out.....not I use a needle and put it in the hole that the set screw sits and use the needle to slide the shaft out of the collar....and it just slides all the way out the front of the 3 way.....hope that helps
