I read a bunch of posts enlightening me about the Kingman regulator blunder... What I want to know is what's the easiest and cheapest way to fix it (short-term)?

Also, what modifications should I consider for a long-term, permanent fix? Specific makes and models would be appreciated, as would graphic descriptions (I'm still figuring out my gun...I'm new at this...so some of the technical jargon is still over my head- please, be gentle).

Thanks!

use a remote.......it will act as x-chamber before the reg...and the x- chamber after the reg works as a gas trough forgrip anyway.....your shutter will work just fine the way it is.....IMO......I never had a problem with my shutter running stock with a remote.....no spikes or drops in FPS...

Use it the way it is.....until you are comfortable with it and make your own mind up of what you want to do to change it .......

NOW all you people who say differently....this is just my experiance with my shutter...your results may vary....

Yeah, the problem has been made out to be worse than it really is. Sure Kingman messed up makin the shutter the way it is, but it still works really well, and there is no pressing need to change it right away. Keep the gun the way it is, go nitro if you come across the money (it's expensive stuff) or run remote. Maybe buy a new regulator and ASA, I dunno, your gun really will work fine as it is, it isnt perfect, and the reg doesnt work as god as it should, but it's still gonna be a good gun. Play with it a few times then decide if it's really a big issue

U could just take off the entrie reg, and ex chamber, and buy a rop forward and pmi pure nergy reg, it will work better, and it just as well as an ex chamebr if u get anti siphon put into ur tank. Works great for me
