I am considering getting a bushmaster and have talked to some people about it and the were talking about 4th and 5th gen bushys, considering I am new to the world of electros (bushmasters in particular) and was hoping someone could answer the questions below.

1) What are the differences between a 4th and 5th gen bushmaster?

2) Is there a way to tell the difference between them?

3) Pros and cons of each

and finally

4) Which gen should I get?

Thanks a lot for answering these questions and helping me make an informed decision :)

OK, i'll respond, but look for this in the bushy forum.

1) Nothing really, Maybe some springs, but since there's no "real" such thing as gens, it hard to tell. "5ths" have only 5 grip grooves on the reg, as far as i know, thats the only visual differance.

2) Eh, not really

3)See above, 95% the same

4) Whatevers at your pro shop that works or order online, make sure it has a battery door, so you know it's not a "3rd"
