With a AKA mitey max and a high flowing valve, you should be able to get around 800-900 shots off of a 47/3000. Stock you will get around 550.

Uhhh.....You cant put a volumizer on a b2k3 man, thats just a bko.

As for efficiency, im not sure. Set your regs right, get a nice LPR, send it into vaporworks to get the operating pressure as low as possible, then get a vapor valve, not necessarily in that order, in fact valve should be second.

Stock, your efficiency should be okay, with the upgrades i mentioned, it will be pretty good.
