After Christmas I am going to go to paintball arkansas. Do alot of teams recruit for tournaments or just fun team games? Soon I am Purchasing a ATS AT-4 Sniper. Plus I was wondering if there are gun restrictions. I don't want to buy a marker I can't even use. Please send back some forums.

It's a sniper gun, so it has to be good. But you'll never be as 1337 a sniper as I!!R!
Seriously though, gimme a picture of this gun so I can tell easier. It's probably legal though.

Here is the rifle. Its pretty pricey, so I might go with the Sim-4 elite. Heres a picture of that rifle also.

If I go with the Sim-4 elite I will be more effective, because I will have maybe $1000.00 to spend on some elite equipment or some upgrades on the rifle. Tell me what you think about it.

for the amount of money you're gonna spend, i suggest you get this:

it comes with a bolt, a half of case of chronic (which will prolly break on the way to your house since UPS sucks in shipping), and a twister gated feed...the scenario guns that you pointed out look pretty damn sweet, but if you are gonna be playing speedball or any type of pball, i would suggest a "normal" pball gun...it's your money, so spend it on whatever you like...:D

sniper guns are overrated. they will NOT shoot more accurately or at longer range than any other legal marker. you're paying a lot of extra money just for looks. to be honest, if you show up at a tournament with one of those, you will most likely be the laughing stock of the event. invest in something more worthwhile, like a nice automag or bushmaster.

get a nice tank and loader.
The tank could either be a preset, or you might want to get a nice adjustable.
and the loader, you would need either a EggII with z-board, or most likely a Halo B

Could you give me a site, so I could go and look at them, plus would they fit the angel speed? I think you gave me the names of the items, I found Clothing and equipment for like 300 overall. And do you use a special brand of paintballs that would be good? Would nitrous be better to use, or is it way to expensive. So a angel speed, equipment, and just some upgrades. i think i got it.

no actually you don't
The tank and loader aren't upgrades.
if you are a new player don't get an angel, you will only disappoint yourself.

My suggestion: Dont ask these questions here. Search the web for the answers. You will learn a lot about the sport, and it will help you make the descions yourself. I mean picture yourself on the feild with a marker that most players only dream of using, and yourself looking like an idiot, when somone asks somthing you about your gun, because you dont know. Learn the basics, then go for it. Check out sites like www.warpig.com .

Just because it says it is a sniper rifle, it's not going to make it more accurate. Most teams play speedball tournaments, there are not a lot of woodsball tournaments around. If your going to join a team for speedball do not get that gun. It's going to be so awkward trying to snapshoot and stay tight.

don't get a halo...angels don't don't like halos cuz it pushes the balls past the ball detent...angels don't really need upgrades, and it works awesome out of the box and require little to no maintanence...the only things you are gonna need are:
1. compressed air
2. a fast loader, preferably a evolution II w/y-board
3. mask, i suggest a jt mask such as proteus, proflex, or the almighty spectra
that's about it...the rest such as jerseys, pants, pads, etc are all up to you...and please...don't get that "sniper" gun...for damn sure you'll be laughed off the fields:laugh:
