Thanks....
I've never tried it, but people say it works better. I suppose removing the middle piece will reduce the flow restrictions. You know, less hoops for the air/co2 ro go through if you catch my drift... its more direct.

It'll increase air flow, which is what some people believe like me..

Ok, cool, but isn't it there for a reason? besides, how do I take it out and how do I polish my bolt and striker?

well first where the air shoots up from the valve u hit with a flame to break the loctite and then twist the head with a pair a needle nose counter clockwise, polishing u should use at least 600 grit sand paperand sand it til u see a shine, no more no less, and then buff it to a haze with metal polish like mothers mag polish that u can pickup at a wal mart. good luck.;)

Is it there for a reason? Yep. To help sell it. What sounds better? "Venturi bolt to help distribute air around the ball, reduces ball breakage," or "Open faced bolt, air goes through..."?

Ok, thanks guys, but having no venturi will break a lot of balls won't it? especially when rapid firing??

It's definitely possible... I did it. :) And no, you won't break many balls; I don't see how it could break a lot of balls without the venturi...

Its not the air hitting the balls that causes breaks anyway. Its when the bolt hits a ball that hasn't fully dropped into the chamber.
