Where's the most inexpensive place you can pick up a chaos chip? Tantrum, Zenitram-Mfg and shootpaint's are all around $50. If I could find a chip for $50 shipped I'd buy that... Also which chip would a pre-serial BKO use?

A pre-serial would use the LCD chip or "Blue Chip".
