I was wondering if it was worth it (or cheaper to) buy a Spankey Cobra autococker body and build a cocker arround that (with a gladiator reg and a freak brrel system eventually), or get an intimidator with a gladiator reg?

it depends on how you would upgrade the spanky... If you plan to go all out the intimidator would be cheaper

its would be cheaper, and easier to do the timmy. In fact I think 888 paintball has a sale on them right now $579.88 If you know your cockers, then I say go for the cocker project.

The timmy would be cheaper. Doesn't it come with built in high & low pressure reg's though ? Do you really need that gladiator ?

yes you do need the glad if you dont have an adjustable tank, well it helps. you dont need it, but it helps, youll need it to do the LP mod.

WELL, whatever you do, dont buy a spanky body. i had a cobra and the thing literally flaked apart. you pull the bolt out and find flakes of their cheap chrome plating all over everything. the back block flaked away to nothing. very cheap ano. very overpriced. buy a merlin, they perform better and they look cooler (have it milled however you want). you will regret buying a cobra.
