i have a TL plus and i was wondering if the AKA lightning bolt would work with it? is it only sidecocking?

Yes, it'll work. You'll need a rear cocking rod for you to cock it though. :) An Autococker cocking rod is fine, and works great with the AKALMP Lightning bolt.

They have 'Cocker cocking rods. Personally, I think the Shocktech colored ones are pretty nice. :) If you're talking about the stock barrel, than no. If you want it to fit, you'll have to drill and tap the hole for 10-32 threads. If you're talking about the AKALMP Lightning bolt, yes, the 'Cocker rod will fit.
