Im trying to figre out whats wrong with the gun so i wont need to send it off to bob long, because sending it to cali fro ct and back is expensie, and theres something bout doing it when there are no warrenty papers, etc.

I tested everything and all that is leaking is the valve. And i mean its leaking like a mother ****ing *****. All the pressure in the gun leaks out of the valve. I checked the poppet assemply o ring, and it seemed fine. Then i checked the whtie disc on the valve. It appeared nromal, there didnt seem to be any scratches on it, allthough there was an indentation from the poppet assemply, but im not sure if that is suppsoed to be there or not. Any suggestions on how to fix this? This gun really pisses me off, i dont knwo what is wrong with it, but it never seems to work rigth for mor ethen a weekend

Well, if you say the white disc is ok, I'll take your word for it, so long as you understand that the tiniest scratch will make it leak like a mother... Other things to check, for one, make sure that the valve spring is seated properly. Smaller end facing the poppet, wider end facing the reg assembly. Also make sure the nubbin on the poppet is actually inside the spring (as in, the spring goes around the top of the poppet). Lastly, make sure your pressure is high enough on your inline reg (or HP reg if you're not LP modded). If the pressure is too low, the valve will not seal. Crank up your reg to see if this is the problem, if the leaking stops, you know why.
