I'm looking to buy a new 2004 Dye Boomstick. I play front and spray a decent amount paint. I don't know what length to get my barrel. I'm considering a 12 14 or 16 inch barrel. What factors does length affect?

:eyes: uhhh, ya, it does. it means first search for other related articles, then look in the stikies (you answer will most likely be in there) and if all else fails, THEN you make a thread.

Yeah i did and hear i am. All i wanna know is what barrel length does for your gun. Nothin big. I allready looked for info on it. If you know of a thread with info on what im looking for please post it because I couldnt find one.

ooooo, ok, well, u still couldve found that in other threads. I got a 12 in. I like the size, not too short or long and it still has the same distance and accuracy as a longer barrel. and i would get a ultralite, much lighter (believe me, i thought it wouldnt be that bad but when i picked the two up, ther was a BIG difference in wieght) and you can get a silver back so it looks like a boomy.

Thanks. O did you fire the boomstick also I wonderd if theirs really a big difference in accuracy and blowback between the 2? The ultralite weighs .5 and the boomstick is 1 pound so its a difference in weight.

It appears you didn't look all that hard. They are the 3rd and 4th item in the sticky.
