Can someone post the procedure of how to do this. What are the benefits...better gas flow?

heres a link to a site that has the procedure..it's really thorough and easy to follow..The benifits are that you get a higher flow of air, so you get to operate your gun at a lower pressure, although that's a significant improvement only if you're going low pressure.

Link doesnt work. TL, can u give me a basic procedure to follow? Does it just entail enlarging the ASA hole with a drill or are there other steps that i need to be aware of?
