What are the good barrels for the spyder TL Plus? How long? What type of metal? Rifled or not? Experts give me your opinions.

What are the good barrels for the spyder TL Plus?

A barrel is just as good for one p-ball gun as it is on any other.

How long?

Generally 10-14" is the common length. I shoot a 12" myself.

What type of metal?

Well, mainly there are two choices: Aluminum or SS. Aluminum is lighter and less durable, where as SS is heavier but very durable. (it can also redue recoil) Some people claim SS is more slick or smooth, but paint to barrel match will make a much bigger difference then that. There are also ceramic barrels made by jj. I have heard they are good as well.

Rifled or not?

Not, paintballs were not made to spin in flight. They are quite unstable in the air and adding rotation does not help.

Some good brands are:
DYE, CP, Lapco, SP, JJ, and I'm sure there are a bunch of other good barrel makers.:)
