Expansion chamber for Co2 tank??

can I get an expansion chamber that fits directly on the Co2 tank and screws into the bottomline??

No, however buying a anti siphon tank will limit the amount of liquid that enters the gun. You still should purchase a expansion chamber. I recommend using a 4 chamber or a 6 chamber like ACI or 32 degrees.

yes you can, i've seen them on tippmanns, forget what they are called and where you can get them, but ive seen them.

Yes, there is such a ex cham. In fact, I have one.

Mine is a slightly modified Skanline Proline 6 Stage. I unsrewed the bottom (which has tank threads on the inside) and put a gauge in the whole where the 90 degree elbow was supposed to go into and screwed the ex cham into the bottomline. I basically custom made mine.
