Ok, i have a basic black dragun and i already have a couple of upgrades and have a question about putting a drop forward on it. i might be mistaken but im pretty sure there is a regulator where u screw the gun in... so my question is if im getting a drop forward put on it would i then have to get a reg.? i am planning on getting one anyway and im not planning on going LP either, so any reg is there a good reg. u suggest that will work well with my gun?

thanks...

a drop foreward is just a hunk of metal that move your Air Scource Adapter(ASA) down and foreward. Nothing to do with a reg at all.

i know what a drop forward is... im saying the stock drop forward, it comes with an attacked to a bottom line regulator, what im asking is.. since i would be getting a new drop forward... doesn't that mean i would need a new regulator since i would b taking the current bottom line regulator off the gun? im pretty sure the answer is yes,
so that means i would remove the fore frip and put on a new regulator... which comes to the question on which regulator i should get (not going LP)

okay, well 1st, no you can just unscrew the line from the reg, and second, it isnt a reg, unless you have the Full Function LCD, then you have a Gas through grip

i know i have a fore grip, like i said before... the regulator is on the bottom line like i said before.... now all im asking is if anyone can recomend a good high pressure reg?

i ahve a basic too. he has the LED bottomline. it has an inline reg that on pretty much where the ASA would be on other bottomlines.. It can be un screwed and remounted but your best bet is getting a new reg because i think the screw set up wont fit on other drop forwards. and also prob a new reg wont hurt in the performance are too

If you're running CO2 get a Palmer Stablilizer, if you're using N2 get an AKA Sidewinder. Also make sure you get a drop forward with offset holes.
