I say u save up for a more expensive cocker. However i wouldnt get a KAPP, i suggest a Gen-X or a Free Flow.

get the 2001 and that way you can still play with it as you slowly upgrade it to make it whatever you want

I hate to say it but but the kapp cocker screams cheap....
I look at it like this if i was going to buy pneumatics I would never buy kapp as my first choice and everythin after that is pretty much looksthe only thing kapp makes that i am interested in is their 15 degree vert. asa adapter... I realize people like cool colors but I want what works best pretty should come after that...

Like I said, get a Gen-X from bbtpaintball.com or the Free-Flow cocker.

gEN X? Are you smoking crack? :) (I am joking)
That is basically a stock cocker that ans puts their crappy parts on and decided to charge a lot for.
Don't buy a lazy mans gun. :) Get a stock cocker and upgrade it, it will be better than any semi-custom cocker on the market. Because it will be built to fit your needs.

yeah, that is what i am leaning towards. I dont want to buy an already upgraded gun, get bored with it after a few months then sell it. I think, with a stock cocker i can spread out the fun a little more by upgrading it piece by piece.

Go with 2k1 cock'r because half the fun of a paintball gun is that you know you picked all the upgrades you wanted. And you see what parts have the biggest improvement for the gun.

There's a kid at the field that I play at with a KAPP Cocker and he lets other people use it all the time because they like it so much. Even people with angels.
