are you usin co2 kus if you are the reg can ice over and cause it to short stroke sometimes, this can be solved by adjusting your reg (if it is a stock reg i dont reccomend doing it yourself kus you have to tear it all apart easy to screw up) or gettin compressed air or n2

When you are shooting that fast you probably are not allowing tthe trigger to go all the ways foreward and all the way back.

well with n2 the reg usually doesnt ice over although the stock reg is not very consistent in velocity it can be improved by getting a new reg

Best advice I can give you if you are short stroking is learn your trigger!

What are you talking about I just read your post and it seems it is not about short stroking (which means not pulling the trigger all the way back and releasing it which results usually in a chop) but drop down which means you are starving your gun. Get a high flow reg
