i was talking with this chick on my bus about paintball and she said she was gonna play once but then someone told her it stung worse than a bee sting. so i just told her to hold out her arm and i slapped it. she went why the hell did you do that? i told her thats how much a paintball hurts. okay so maybe they hurt a bit more, but still, at least she'll be able to judge the pain for herself. tell them that the paintballs dont hurt that much.

secondly, dont be afraid of being hit. i remember on my first game i gave up because someguy was firing at me a lot. man was i scared like all out.

thirdly, dont waste your paint. a lot of newbies will think theyre |337 for marking da bunkers. tell them only to shoot at the bunkers to keep someone down or to get a bead.

fourth, safety is keen, tell them never ever under any circumstances to remove their masks. paintballs incredibly safe, but it wont be without a mask

fifth, wear clothes they wont mind getting dirty.

sixth, have fun.

tell them the most improtant thing next to never taking your mask off is to have FUN.....

and also tell them to not be afraid to shoot their markers.....I have seen too many newbies....in a great position to get alot of eliminations....and they just never raise there marker and shoot the damn thing.....

and if you are all going as a group....stick close to them the first game or two and talk them through it....you don't need to show them how good you are.....you need to show them the ropes so they want to come back.....light them up an the third game.....hehe.....J/k....again....
