Hi,

Anyone have Empire's mailing address?
I have a four piece barrel and a customer service question about it.

Their website contact email address just bounces for me, every time.
They show no mailing address. I guess I'll post them a letter if someone knows where they live.

Thanks

Send it to the same address as you would NPS, as they're the same company.

Thanks for the reply teufelhunden.
However, who are NPS? I presume "something paintball something"....
Do they have a website?

Thanks

Thanks, chaps.
Their website is down. Hmm, that leaves me with no e-contact point.
Great.... Which city are they in? I guess I'll look up a postal address for them.

How Bizarre!
It works for me now....
Maybe they were working on it!

Thanks for the postal address though. I might still need it.

All the best and many thanks for the help today.

You're welcome. May I ask what the question is? We might be able to help you out.

Oh, thanks.
Well, more of a grumble, or potential grumble than a question.

My four piece Empire barrel kit literally shreds paint.
I use .689 size Zap Primer and it consistenly breaks in the barrel.

My backup barrel is a .688 Dye Excel. The same paint will not even fit this barrel and can only be pushed through with a stick, doing the paint/barrel match test. However, on my marker, this barrel breaks very few balls.

Back to the Empire. No matter which back section I use from the three, the balls break around one in ten shots.
Closer inspection reveals that after a break the back is clean but the front section is full of paint, so I'm assuming that the balls are breaking during the transition between the two barrel pieces.

That's what I wanted to ask them about, really.
Perhaps more generally, does anyone else have this problem? Do two piece barrels always suffer this way?

I'd be interested to hear anyone else's experience with the Empire kit.

Thanks again.
