Dye Sticky Grips
a High/Low Rise depending if u play front or back
Stock Reg is good. If you want better get a ASA adapter and a Gladiator or Sidewinder reg.
New Trigger (not frame cuz the frame is alright)
A Delrin or other aftermarket bolt
Lower pressure internals such as RAT Valve etc.
Those are some worthwhile upgrades

A new trigger that doesnt wiggle like the stock one
LPR Internals
Dye Sticky Grips are cool
Bolt would be good

I would change one thing at a time. pick the one thing you don't like about it and upgrade that.

so its come down to this a new reg , sonic lpr, and a new trigger
but i still kinda want a scuba tank
will that all work with a pmi tank that is preset ,oh and the reg i want is a sidewinder or a gladiator
i already got dye stickys and macroline and stuff like that and how hard would it be to install a red LED to it and could i just get it at like radio shack or sumtin
thanks again

get the full vapor mod, it'll take care of all that.
new trigger (less side-side play) w/ better spring and trigger job
reworked lpr and hpr
higher flowing valve (and blackmagic cupseal)
red or blue high intensity led
and a whole bunch of other good stuff.

Goldie does wonders w/ the stock regs and lpr/hpr.... no need for a better reg if you get it vaporized.
led lighit..uh..your choice :D not that big of deal
the new valve is very nice.. that or the SOnic RED valve..doen'st matter.i woudl go for it
i woudl defiantly get the vapor trigger but i really like the design of it..if you dont then dont worry about it..goldie will take out the side/side play of the trigger (but make sure you dont like the side/side play..i kidna like it..shoot a lot faster on the run)
i dunno about the vapor bolt

goldie reworks the hpr and lpr to the point where they'll be just as good as after market regs
