Knee pads / pants

What make of knee pads do you guys use if any ? What kind of pants ? What makes the pants from paintball companies worth getting over something else ?

i use kneepads from walmart. i don't do a lot of sliding. if i did i'd get some paintball-specific ones.

pb pants are durable, light, breathable, most have pockets for all those pb trinkets we carry around (well, mainly a squeegee), since most are made of a nylon-type material you can slide around without getting caught up & they're easier to clean.

but if you don't want to blow money on those expensive pants, just get some military surplus cargos. they're durable enough for paintball.

my skin is my knee pads:(
should really get some knee pads/pball pants but i find no need for them in the off season

i use volleyball kneepads. not too good for sliding od the fields as opposed to smooth floors, but great for kneeling.

i have redz dimension pants and they are indestructable. i love them, quite comfy. from the top of the knee down and the back pockets are thicker material and hvae 2 layers.
