Can't go wrong with an Evo ;) ...

(Halo might push a little hard for the bushy detent)

Straight from the FAQ:

Is the stock ball detent bad, if so, can it be replaced?

Some people had trouble with the ball detents on the original "pre-serial#" BKO's not stopping double laoding. This was easily fixed by purchasing a cocker detent. On the current 2k3 BKOs, the detent is not replaceable. It is an o-ring detent, and has not had too many problems come up so far. You may want to stay away from "force fed" loaders like the HALO B and the Evolution2 on the o-ring detent BKO's because they are not as strong, and balls could be forced past the detent, and thus double loading could occur.

Your 12v revvy w/ X board should be fine.

except evo's aren't really force fed...an egg will work great for you, esp a z-boarded one.

If I were you, I would use the money you were going to buy the hopper with and buy a bigger HPA tank. I would sell the 48/3000, and look into a 68/4500 or 68/3000 fiberwrapped.
