Around the begging of July a purchased a F4 illustrator TP and it has not worked since I received it. I would have sent it back but I worked to much so I didn't have the chance to. There is nothing wrong with it on the inside but the ball keep getting stuck in the power feed and not going into the chamber to shoot. I looked in the manual to see if it had a solution but it did not. The closest thing it had was were your ball get chopped which was not the case with mine. I still have the registration card because I neglected to send it in. I have tried to contact them but they always seem to be busy. Can anyone help me or I should I just go to a local machine shop and have them fix it.

Try bending the little spring thingy that holds the ball back into place.

Are you getting paint in the gun EVER? If not, you're powerfeed plug may just need to be turned. Good luck!
