Tourny Gun

I am looking to get a new gun, currently I have a Tippy 98 which some crazy guy will pay $120 used lol and I have about $500 to spend on a new gun but i would like to have money left over to buy a loader or a new barrel. But anyways i was wondering which gun perferably a electro, that i could use in my 1st tournement, something nice and compact. What is your opinion in what i should get. Thanks

go with a vert cocker, its not electronic, but its accurate, fast(its pneumatic), and only $350 at 888paintball.com

a-5's aren't the best because if you throw on a RT it's illegal. I'd say for $500 you couldn't go wrong with a cocker, or for a lot less a used mag.

Meh, you have a point.

PMI tanks don't really leak anymore, they seem to have the problem solved. Eggs are unbalanced and they are just a poor quality and design. If you dun want a torpeo, get a sidewinder. The stock inline reg sucks BIG TIME. And yes drops are preference, but you would be better without one.

You can't get new 2K3 anymore they are only selling 2004 models now the only way to get a 2K3 would be getting it used. The advantage of that is you could get it for like 350 and have a lot of upgrads on it!

Get an outkast, they sell for 420, right? Then you could get a reloader, I think you can find them really cheap.

A lot of options:
A used mag with probably leave you with the most money left over.
The normal suggestion:
Go try the stuff, play with friends guns, ask people at fields if you could shoot theirs, etc.

LMao, you think a cocker is fast because of the pneumatics?? They only reason those are there is so the marker can recock. If anything, it slows the marker down since there's more parts that need to move for it to fully cycle.

500 = Get an Imp, and an egg. I'm assuming you already have nitro since you said save money for a loader or a new barrel, and didn't mention anything about a tank.
