Screamin' ROF = WERMSTICK!

Jumpin Jehoshaphat! I put my new "Krinkled Kut" WERMSTICK on my#7000 this weekend, and all I can say is, Boy I feel sorry for the competition. This baby rips! Sweeeetnesss!! I've got it set to about a 16th of an inch pull I also slipped a cut down pen spring into it and tightened the post travel next to nothing! This trigger is the next thing to voice activated! WERM you and Tarantula! Well, You da MEN! & I love your work!

aint nothing like a wermstick or a blade to make your impy scream. I like em little or no post travel and some post travel to make the trigger feel like a real trigger it screams when its set up right.

hwo much do the better aftermarket triggers cost?
my guess is $30... is that about right?

I want to get one for my dad...

If at all possible, I want to make it as similar to my matrix as possible (about 1mm pull, at most)... no side to side play.
I want to be able to THINK about firing, and have it fire.

what are your recomendations?

also, you know those rubber things that go on the side of the impy, to make sure no dirt or nothin gets in? my fathers impulse didnt come with one... where do i get one for him?

KK- I am glad you finally decided to rake you ROF to the next level. Trigger Jobs on a stock trigger work great, but there is something about the wermstick that helps.

How much side to side play does your wermsticks have? Mine actually has a bit, which isnt really that bad, but I was just wondering if that was normal. Around 1.5 mm side to side play.

got it so tight that the gun almost fires itself

When I shortened my trigger way down the side to side play went away. My trigger pull is now shorter than a mouseclick. When I pull it, it doesn't even feel like I'm moving the trigger.

OK confused here. Can you guys tell me the difference between:

1. FOM's blade
2. Eclipse blade (is it Fom's blade?)
3. Wermstick

What are the major differences and why get one over the other? I assume to get FOM's trigger just because you get everything in one package with the purchase of the gun, but are there differences?

1 and 2 are the same (I think). Here's the wermstick. It has one more adjustment screw, but that doesn't really make a difference. The main difference is the shape.

Fom's blade is the Blade trigger with some Fom's love added to it. Meaning trigger job. :D

Differences? Personal preference, some people like the Blade better, some people are just fine with their Wermstick. KillerKat obviously loves and promotes his Wermstick.

Yeah I love my Wermstick on my (ser # 7000) 2nd Imp!! It's sweetness+!! However my FOM & Company trigger is equally as SWEET! that's on my 1st Imp (ser# 4744) You can't rule one out over the other, just like apples and oranges! it's really a "feel" (more than taste) kindda thing! I'm just lucky enuff to have both! :D And I love'em equally!
