hey all, i was playin this weekend with my tippy, and during the middle of a game, i ran out of Co2 while caught in some action. my tippy runs a remote system, and i was wondering if i could attach a gauge somewhere on the remote system to monitor psi on the Co2 bottle?

If I was you, I'd buy a lapco 2 hole ASA then I'd buy a gauge and have the other hole for the SS or macro...

You need to learn about CO2. Unlike HPA which slowly depressurizes, CO2 maintains its pressure until the tank is just about to die. This means you wouldn't see a pressure decrease until you started getting the shoot-down you usually see before the tank runs dry. If you got a guage it would be for looks only until you got an HPA system or a regulator, even then it would have to be on the output side of the reg to be useful.

It wouldnt do much good on the remote system anyway, unless you carry it in your front pocket.

I thought about the same thing, since I carry a spare tank. I could just change tanks when pressure is low. Right now, I just judge it by shoot down. When my fps gets low and balls are just lobbing, I just change tanks.

when I get a stabilizer, can i just put the gauge on it, or will it only be giving me a reading for the operating pressure and not for the amount of pressure left in my tank?
