Impy Problem

I got my impulse for christmas and i played in a tourny with it on saturday. Well i had all sorts of trouble...luckily timing was right and i did not get bunkered and had time to fix my gun anyway i have a pure energy 20oz with sp on/off valve and anti siphon. When I screw my tank in the gun and turn it on the gun will shoot ok for about 6 shots then the balls go like 3 feet what is the problem. I know that the max flow is designed for co2 and nitro but i have no clue what this problem is. I mean i screw in my tank it shoot fine then the ball just travels like 3-5 feet and then i have to hit my tank and then it will shoot. This was a huge pain and if anybody knows what's going on could u please tell me Thanks Alot

Was it after you shot strings or just randomly? Was your tank screwed in all the way? Other than that it could be something with your hammer assembly. Or maybe even the noid not getting enough air.

Make sure your tank was screwed in all the way, then clean your maxflow, and make sure ur hammer assembly is properly lubed. If its not one of those, id think its the selenoid.

how exactly do u clean a maxflo i am new to impy's??

Good luck then, it says in your manual, i cant really explain it myself. I would try the other things i mentioned before actually taking the time to clean the max flow.

do u think it has to do with the psi or anything cause it just seemed like pressure would come and then it would go it really sucked

Well like i said, it might have been your tank. Try using a different tank once and see if that makes a difference.

What's your maxy PSI setting at?

check ur psi setting...check ur dwell...and definetly make sure ur max flo is assembled right...when i got my toxic..they gave me the wrong manual...and they did not have the max flo assembled right...that was my problem...also check to make sure ur valve is clean...and some guns have been coming with it not lubed...try to put some dow 33 on the hammer assembly...all the internal o-rings...check ur volumizer...do you have a tapeworm..or iso mod?
