well i have had my impulse for a while now and it works really good but i got it set on about 170 psi and my dwell is just right about and when i screw in tha knob on my max flow to 170 every game and lock it down then when im playin and i dont shoot for a lil bit it starts to creep up and go over 200 then starts leakin out till i shoot again itll stop after awhile but its pissin me off cause im wastin balls shootin does anyone know anything bout this? if so tell me wut to do?

1. Cean your max flow.
2. Make sure no o rings are chipped.
3. Make sure your anti-siphon tank is lined up (that is if you have co2).
4. Make sure your fittings are not over tightened and interfereing with the piston.

It sure sounds like you are using CO2 and getting liquid in side you max flo causing it to over pressurize.

The single biggest cause of "creaping" is the very small o-ring inside the reg piston.

Often what happens is something like this. The User starts dry firing the gun-- and wnating to be safe points the gun down at the ground. When a gun is poined down, the CO2 covers the anti syphon tube--and the anti syphon tube becomes a syphon tube pumping liquid COP2 in to the reg. The tiney little o-ring in the pistion freezes whic causes it to become hard (even after it thaws out) from that point on, it will leak very small amounts of pressure-- which causes the reg pressure ti creap. when the reg pressure gets up over 200- it stats to vent.

NOW- is that a long enought story to say, " replace the tiny o-ring in the piston" ?
