Just used mine recently, gotta say it's sweet. :D Anyways, I had some problems. I hear that you should set the reg in the front to 90PSI or so, but I have no way of checking... How should I do that? Also, after backing out the reg screw the whole way then slowly screwing it in to see how it can recock with little pressure, every so often when inactive, the first shot doesn't shoot anything out. Front reg pressure too low or...? :| Prior to buying my Bushmaster, I used one at a field, and it had a great, short, snappy, and soft trigger pull. I tried shortening the trigger pull. I screwed the top screw in until there was no front slop. Then I played with the back stop, and after pulling the trigger, it doesn't always return all the way, and the LED stays off. I can't seem to be able to get the trigger as short as I would like without having it return all the way after each shot, any ideas on this? I can't seem to be able to remove my feed tube either, anybody know if its blue or red loctite? Any ideas on how to remove it without scratching the heck out of it as well? :D Also, what exactly does the Vapor mod do? I, supposedly, have it done on my Bushmaster, and am just curious as to what it does. :)

heres some answers to your questions.
I think to set your lpr at a good pressure this is what you do- screw it out then screw it in until it cocks then give it another half turn. Im not sure how much extra you do it cocks, check out www.obdo.net
for youe hugh rise try heating it with a blwo dryer.
the low first shots were with the older gens only, do you havbe a used gun? If not I would talk to ICD to get it fixed or replaced.
For your trigger- back out the top screw a little. adjust the bottom screw to how short you want it. Then adjust the top to where you want it to activate the micro switch.

Hmmmm... How old is old? Yes, I bought it used. I'm pretty sure I got a 4th Generation, but I'm not even sure of that. People say that 4th Generation Bushmasters need a spring to run a preset tank, but I've used a preset tank for a day on the Bushmaster, and no problems yet... Yep, tried a blow dryer as well. How long should you hold it at it? I turned my blow dryer to high and pointed at where the vertical feed connects to the body on the outside for like a minute on both the left and right sides. Then I wrapped paper around the feed tube (To prevent scratching... as best as possible...), grabbed on with the pliers, and turned counter clockwise. I did that several times, and ended up scratching the feed tube a bit. After trying so many times, my feed tube's all scratched up... Anybody know where I can get a red replacement? :)

you asked about the vapor mod? i think they just go through the gun and make sure every things is running good, do some cleaning, and polishing, some trigger work and change the LED. as for where to set the LPR, in the manual it says to screw it in until you hear a leak (its letting out excess pressure) then back off half a turn or until it stops.
and as for the trigger not releasing, try moving the firing point forward a little. and jw - the bushy you talked about trying, you talkin about mine ? ;)
good luck with your bushy, id like to see it sometime and get some games in . . .

Forgot to mention your Bushy. :D Anyways, I was talking about Gene's (Owner of WWNW), I actually got to use that for nearly a whole day. :) I'm really hoping to get this feed tube off, as it's really becoming an eye sore now... ;)

Well, it's all scratched up, for these reasons:
1. The owner before me tried to get it off with pliers
2. The currect owner tried to get it off with pliers :)
So now it's scratched all over, and looks horribly wrong. :| Personally, I like the look of the stock feed tube, and it'd be great if anybody could tell me where I could get a red feed tube for the Bushmaster, don't gotta be stock.
