As far as i know all advantage shell paintballs are small bore that would include the flash.

i dunno bout the flash, but i used some Premium with advantage shell and it was medium bore . . .

Hey, I don't know the exact bore size, but I do know that they are smaller than both marbs and allstars. They work great with small bore barrels!
