Empire's Quaility Control?

Does anyone know anything about Empire's quality with the kits? The last 2 reviews on the 10 piece said that the tips didn't line up. I was wondering if this is a problem with a few kits or most of them?
Also I was wondering if any of you have delt with Empire's customer service?

I can't speak for their kits, or their quality - but I read a posting about 2 months ago where someone said that Empire sent them a new shell for a cracked Reloader... no questions asked. From what I've heard they had pretty good Customer Service.

I want to get the 4 piece kit...i'm think'n about it...
I was just worried about those posts saying that the backs and fronts didn't line up....cause that's really really not good.
can anyone reasure me that they're ok?

Never shot an Empire kit but read the barrel guide, it says they aren't as good as most other kits.

i ordered the 4 peice barrel kit about a week ago. It hasnt come yet but when it does ill let you know how it is.
