Rather than actually looking through the pages, try using the search feature, I myself find is really useful. For low pressure, you will need the folowing

Regulator or adjustable air tank
Low Pressure Chamber
Spring set (really soft spring)

As for barrels, some people beleive in less porting, though I've tried the freak and found it works great at low pressure. As a general rule of thumb, you should have at least 6 inches of unported barrel for low pressure, some think more, some less. To be safe, I'd try something with less porting, because a low pressure gun is going to be pretty quiet anyway

Is low pressure realy that good compared to high pressure. I mean wats the differencee other then u get more shots per tank?

you will also need a high flow valve and bolt. you can do this by unscrewing the venturi out of your bolt. You also need a high flow valve. For the barrel its good to be small bore and little porting.

low pressure is a lot easier on paint

The diff. is- you get better accuracy b/c the paintball doesn't deform as much and you get a quieter gun.

When i said u also need a high flow valve, i meant a high flow ASA adapter.

You get less shots per tank actually. But it is much less hard on paint, and you can shoot paint with thinner shells, taht break on your target easier

But wouldnt you get more shots per tank with low pressure because your releasing 200-400psi per shots then with high pressure where as ur shooting 700-900 psi per shot
