Velocity Problems. Please HELP!!!

My gun has a problem that you can't bring the velocity over 225 fps without it starting to go crazy. I already got the spyder spring kit from 32* to put in a weaker valve spring but it still doesn't work. Any help would be useful.

Probably dumb question, but are you using the regulator to increase velocity, or just springs?

sorry I should have probably said that I have only a M3 Black Dragun Compact with and Expansion chamber and a Low pressure chamber. I have no regulator.
