I am going to get a smart parts all american barrel for my 98 Custom. I was just wondering what bore size most people use. I usually shoot .68 caliber. Also, what is so good about rear cocking systems????
:pissed: :goody: :agree:

if u want to get a smart parts barrel go with the all american tear drop or the big daddy, the porting looks a lot cooler and they are a little better

Theres no advantage to having a rear cocking system. Only thing different is you just cock it in the rear :).

I would get a 12 or 14 inch All American. I have been using a BOA Snake Bite and I'm really happy with it. Great shooter and it looks good.

If you want to get an all american, try to get the oldschool 'pressed' version where the barrel doesnt screw apart, those are a lot better than the newer versions. Im pretty sure you can get them at www.firstcallpaintball.com

I suggest you skip smart parts and head for Dye. Dye makes SUPERB barrels. The boomstick family is just plain AMAZING!
