Best valve

What's the best valve for a 2K1 cocker? ( just about everything i have on it is in my sig) I want one that's good for Low Pressure, efficiency,and leak-free performance. I hear the Tornado valves are good but i also hear good things about thee Rat valves...which is the best valve?:confused:

Tornados will do anything you want them to, short of standing up and dancing around. You will pay more for them though.
