cp pro or freak

should i get the cp pro 682. 685. 689. with a blue 10in and a 12in tip
or should i get another freak (i had to sell it )
im leaning towards the cp cuz it has the stainless steal backs and no inserts
and they do the best anodizing

and what would have the bets accuracy

I would probably lean more to the CP barrel. It really has all the inserts you need instead of 8 like the freak..which some people are unlikely to use, but thats just me and it comes with a 10 inch and 12 inch front.

I'd go for the Freak only because I haven't had a chance to try the CP system yet.
CP is generally very well regarded though & do make a good product.
Saiyan_warrior is right most people don't use all 8 of the inserts for the Freak, I usually use 3-4 with the .679 insert being the most common.
While the Freak is great to be honest, if you shoot the same paint all the, just get a decent barrel that matches what you shoot & save some $$

Note: The CP Pro 2 piece barrels DO NOT have a Stainless Steel (SS) back.. that is alluminum, polished chrome. Looks sweet i know, but its alluminum. Very, very light.

I like the CP over the Freak. This is because I have not seen any evidence that proves to me that the paint/barrel match needs to be SO precise..that you need 8 inserts. Just 3, (small, medium, large) like the CP Pro Kit has, is good and precise enough IMO.

The CP also looks better, and has the right amount of porting for LP guns to make them quiet and efficient. On the Freak, it wouldn't be much quieter, and you would lose efficiency rapidly.

I like the CP Pro more than the Freak.

I have not tried the Equation w/ the Teflon inserts .. But it is another barrel kit im considering. (It is brand new though, so wait till it gets a reputation)
