how well does the EMI perform?

i've read reviews that the bolt swells... is this true?

I use to live in Louisiana, like 2 months ago, and my friend had an em1 and it gets 110 degrees down there and that bolt sweld all the time. Its plastic but the bolt moves so much that the plastic reduces friction. He had a good bit of problems with it. But i don't know where you live. He had to ice his bolt down between games.
