Proteus...

Does anyone have a picture of themself wearing the proteus? Because it looks kind of funny but I heard it looks better when someones wearing it. How do you like the mask?

i dont have a pic but i really like mine.... it took me a while to get used to (like 2 games) but now that the foam is broken into my liking and i got used to the fan (its not supposed to cool you down but to defog your mask! i just figured that outlol) but anyway i got the nickname megaman cause i look like him with my mask on

I ordered the JT Proteus from shop4paintball.com Thursday... Should be coming any day now. I'll let you know how I like it when i get it and use it in action.

I used the Proteus yesterday and I only have one thing to say...

It kicks total *****!

The day I played it was raining so I was expecting fog even with the fan.

It'd fog about once every 30 mins. When it did I'd just turn the fan on for 20 seconds and it'd go away. Everyone else on the field was fogging. It felt really good to.

I have a protues in the mail.

I've seen pople in the APG magazine wearing the proteus. with the visor on it looks kinda wierd but without it it look really cool. so I say take it off. it also creates less of a chance of getting hit. Cuz on your head with a beaning you can bounce, with a visor it creates more of a hard hitting target so a ball will definalty break. so take the visor off and make it look cool! peace
