In the review section of this site they say the timmy is 900$...i was wondering if that was us or canadian and if all the prices are given in us or canadian dollars.

what is a good price for a timmy?

A good price is around 600-630 dollars US

Wait until after world cup is over. There will be lots of pics and probably a few comments about the new marker. I would wait to take a look at it at least.

At CountyPaintball.com they are $622 and you also get a $20 gift certificate. That brings the price down to $602 effectively.

Just write in the memo box at checkout "Gimme $20" and you'll get the gift certificate.

What does it matter if they are related to a national hardware chain? They still have the products at great prices. If you order mail order it's going to be expensive for the warranty work. Wal-Mart sells LCD Angels. If they had a good price and a good base of customers buying the high end gear, that can only be good for the sport. Right now I think it devastating for the sport because they have paintball-uneducated people selling paintball equipment. I don't think it really matters where it comes from or who they are associated with. I still buy from my local shop though. They are good to me and they are cheap.

I think ProkChop was just making a joke about "Ace Hardware" vs "Ace Paintball".

Sorry, the only used one I have is my own, and I like it too much to let it go. With $500, you're almost there. :)
