question about hose fittings

I guess i should probably know this by now but i was just wondering what kind of hose to use, a macro line or a micro line and also i was wondering if i had to put anything on the 90 degree adapter fittings or if i just screwed everything into place

get mAcroline, mIcroline is thinner but has less flow, mAcroline has more flow so you wont have any problems with shootdown. it also seems a little stronger.

and no the fittings should screw right in, if they leak use teflon tape or loc-tite.
