RT Uninstallation

My friend has an A-5 with rt on it. He is putting he egrip on it, and he wants to know how to take the rt kit out and evrything. Help please?

What he will need:
-1 piece banjo fitting
-flathead screwdriver
-tippmanns allen keys
-possibly a sharp knife




Under the grip frame is a flathead screw. Take it out and the RT adjuster should fall out. Pull the macroline attached to the RT Adjuster and put it away. Then take out all the pushpins and the allen screws and take your A5 in half. Go to the banjo fitting right behind the velocity adjuster. Its the little 2 headed thingy attached to the cyclone. Take it off and take off the fitting, but keep the screw in the middle. Get your 1 piece banjo fitting and put the screw down the middle. Screw it in until tight. Then reassemble the A5 watching for the cocking spring to pop out and make sure the ball detent and tombstone latch are in their proper places. Put all the screws in, unscrew your old BL setup from your RT frame onto your E-grip frame. Put a battery in your E-grip. When you go to put it on the gun, it might not fit the pushpin holes perfect. Just compensate for it by shaving with the knife. Then just push the pin through and reconnect your tombstone. Job well done. Go do 15 BPS.\
